How long are delivery times?

Currently deliveries can take up to 2-4 weeks due to high demand. However we try our best to keep delivery times as short as possible for you!

How much are shipping costs?

The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. They depend on the item weight, the type of packaging and the destination country. You should expect shipping costs from $3.95.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment providers: Stripe (credit card payment), PayPal.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?

The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail directly after payment has been received. 

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter subscription?

The easiest possibility to unsubscribe is to click the corresponding link at the bottom of the newsletter e-mail. If you don't find that link just contact us via info@trendcovery.com and we will help you with that.

Are the batteries included in electronic devices?

No, batteries are not included as we want to prevent the risk of a defective or leaked battery from being transported and stored.

The product does not meet my expectations, what can I do?

In that case we kindly ask you to get in touch with us and let us know why you are not satisfied with the product. It's very important for us to make our customers happy and we're sure that we will find a solution to every problem.
